Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellation and Rescheduling Procedures:

• You can easily cancel or reschedule your examination online using your Credentia Platform account or by contacting Credentia at 888-204-6249.
• You must cancel or reschedule your examination at least 48 hours (2 days) before the scheduled examination time.
• Failure to meet the required timeframe or failure to show up for the scheduled examination will result in responsibility for the test fee.
  • Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • An unexcused absence will count as one of your three (3) examination attempts.

Absence Policy

Candidates who are late or absent for an examination may submit an excused absence via their Credentia Platform account within fourteen (14) calendar days of the examination date for the following reasons:

• Illness of yourself or a member of your household
• Death in the family
• Traffic accident or ticket
• Court appearance or jury duty
• Military duty
• Weather emergency
• Incarceration

Required Documentation:

• Medical Provider's Note for illness
• Court Notice for jury Duty
• Police report or ticket for traffic incidents
• Official documentation for military service or incarceration
• Weather related reports for emergencies

Review Process:

• Please be advised that a request for an excused absence will take approximately 3-5 calendar days to review.
• The decision to approve or deny the excused absence will be made by Credentia, and their decision will be final.
